  • What disclosures do your reports cover?

    Our NHD reports covering all State, County, and Local City disclosures (where available), ensuring full disclosure and protection in every case. Per Sec. 1103 of the California Civil code, our NHD includes all of the following required state-level determinations: Flood Hazard Zone, Area of Potential Flooding Due to Dam Inundation, Very High Fire Hazard Zone, Wildland Fire Area, Earthquake Fault Zone and Seismic Hazard Zone. Our reports also include all local determinations offered in our General Plans: Safety Elements listed in the past year and available from local county and city jurisdictions.


    Additional priority disclosures covered in all of our reports include Airport Influence Area, Coastal Protection Zones, Duct Sealing, Former Military Ordnance Sites, Mining Operations, Right to Farm, Tsunami Inundation, and the Williamson Act.


    We also include all of the following advisories: Carbon Monoxide Notice, Endangered Species Act Notice, Megan’s Law, Methamphetamine Contaminated Supplement, Mold Supplement, and Oil and Gas Well Notice.

  • What are my payment options?

    Escrow Account: We accept payment by escrow account as a valid form of payment. If you wish to pay by an escrow account, please complete all escrow information at the time of the order. If you do not have escrow information available, we will contact you at a later date so that we can complete your billing information and finalize your purchase. There is no charge to pay through escrow. If you have any questions about fees, payment options, or paying through an escrow account, please call or email us.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If the subject property falls out of escrow, you can cancel your report free of charge.
